The Crested Butte Ski and Snowboard Club supports competitive amateur athletes across three winter sports including alpine skiing, snowboarding and free-ride disciplines. Crested Butte Mountain Sports TeamCBMST is a comprehensive mountain sports program proudly offered by Crested Butte Mountain Resort. From kids learning to ski and ride to driven student athletes, CBMST offers various levels of participation beginning with weekend development programs to full-time, competitive based programming. CBMST Development Programs focus on bringing kids exhibiting strong fundamentals by taking their personal skills to a higher level in alpine racing, snowboarding, free-ride, and tele-mark skiing. The Development Programs will introduce athletes to tactical and technical approaches while taking advantage of all the terrain the mountain has to offer. |

| The primary goal for CBMST is to set our athletes up for success. With this in mind, CBMST has created a developmental pipeline for participants. This approach aids in creating an environment that allows coaches to focus on athletes’ developmental and skill level in a similar age range. They move through a system that teaches fundamental skills in technical skiing and snowboarding and progresses them towards tactical skills within their specific discipline.
